YOGASTUDIO is so proud to be partnering with YogaWorks' Teacher Training 2008 because of their proven ability to cultivate talented yoga teachers in a wide range of teaching styles and their proven track record in developing some of the most successful yoga studios in the United States! Starting in Fall 2008, our very own Nikki Estrada will be co-teaching in this program.
YogaWorks believes the path to becoming a professional yoga teacher is a unique, satisfying, and life-affirming journey. They offer one of the world's most comprehensive Teacher Training Programs for aspiring teachers and serious students of yoga. The program is rooted in the deep history as an eclectic school that embraces and celebrates many styles of Yoga. The mission is to provide each Yoga teacher with the foundation to teach skillfully with compassion, safety, and integrity, while honoring his or her individual voice and style.
The YogaWorks method is a blending of the three strands of the Krishnamacharya lineage- Ashtanga, Iyengar, and the teachings of Desikachar- coupled with a unique approach to sequencing that is specifically designed to meet the needs of the average yoga student.
From Ashtanga the method incorporates heat and flow, from Iyengar, precise, detailed instruction, and from the teachings of Desikachar, posture modifications - the idea that the practice should fit the practitioner. Complementing this essential framework of asana with in-depth study of anatomy, and the Yoga Sutras as well as units on the subtle body, Ayurveda and yoga for pregnancy.
The YogaWorks teacher training is designed, above all, to provide a comprehensive foundation for teaching any style of yoga skillfully and with compassion.

Friday, 7:30-9:30pm
Saturday, 1:00-6:00pm
Sunday, 1:00-8:00pm

Tuition
Deposit: $500 non-refundable deposit to register.
Early Bird Tuition: $2975 (save $275) if paid in full by Aug 7, 2008.
Full Tuition: $3250 if payment received after Aug 7, 2008.

Application Procedures
Enrollment is limited, so we recommend that you submit your application no later than the early registration deadline of December 10th, 2007. A complete application must be received no later than one week prior to the program start date to process your application and ensure receipt of your books. We may accept last minute applications only if there is space in the program.
