The sister sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda have evolved side by side
over millennia to offer us ways to listen to the sacred pulse of Life.
Integrating Ayurvedic wisdom into our yoga practice, diet, and
lifestyle is one of the primary ways to build our prana, or life
force.
In yoga practice being powerful has little to do with force. True
power manifests when we make space for the free movement of Prana
within and around ourselves This weekend focuses on practices for
cultivating our prana because the hectic pace and stress of modern
life can disrupt its flow and deplete our life force. In the Yoga
tradition we have the image of Shiva as Nataraja, the eternal dancer,
to remind us that the dynamic rhythms of each day, each season, and
our individual lives are like a dance that we must learn and refine
for the expression of our full potential.
Join Scott for a weekend of vinyasa yoga and Ayurvedic insight into
how to live in harmony with our prana on and off the mat.
